WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DIFFERENT KIND OF SALES PROFESSIONAL. Jaguar Land Rover Orland Park is looking for an experienced, polished, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team.

They expect a professional who understands their needs, respects their time, communicates exceptionally well, and delivers a modern luxury experience from the first conversation through vehicle delivery and beyond. If you have a proven track record in automotive sales and take pride in providing an exceptional customer experience, we want to meet you. Build genuine relationships with customers rather than simply "working a deal"

• Maintain consistent and professional follow-up throughout the sales process
• Utilize our CRM and digital tools to effectively manage your customer portfolio
• Develop repeat and referral business through exceptional customer service
• Work closely with management, BDC, finance, and service departments to ensure a seamless ownership experience
• Protect the reputation and standards of the Jaguar Land Rover brands with every customer interaction
• Consistently achieve individual sales, gross profit, CSI, and customer-retention objectives

Proven experience in automotive sales

• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales objectives
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to effectively use a CRM and digital sales tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven dealership environment

Luxury automotive experience is preferred.
Experience with brands such as Land Rover, Range Rover, Jaguar, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Lexus, Cadillac, Volvo, Genesis, or other premium brands is a plus.
