Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team and help us make a difference!
What You’ll Do
As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive shopping experience for our customers while supporting our mission. Assisting customers with their purchases and providing exceptional service.

• Operating the cash register and handling transactions accurately.
• Organizing and restocking merchandise to keep the store looking its best.
• Helping with donations, including lifting and sorting items (must be able to lift 25 lbs multiple times throughout the day).

At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail setting is preferred.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and handle physical tasks like lifting and sorting.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
