Job Title: Senior UC Engineer - Cisco Webex Calling
Location: Lafayette Hill, PA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6-months CTH
Hours: 40 hours/week with occasional after-hours migration/cutover support

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Senior Unified Communications (UC) Engineer to support the organization's ongoing migration from legacy telephony platforms to Cisco Webex Calling.
This individual will serve as a hands-on UC technical lead supporting cloud calling migrations across Client's locations nationwide. The role will work directly with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, telecommunications providers, and Cisco/Client resources to gather requirements, plan migrations, coordinate number porting, execute cutovers, and provide ongoing UC support.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on Cisco Unified Communications experience with practical experience migrating organizations to Cisco Webex Calling. This position does not require an AI architect or AI developer; however, the engineer should understand current Cisco AI capabilities and be comfortable discussing AI concepts and potential use cases with technical and business stakeholders.

Top Must Have s:
5+ years of Cisco Unified Communications engineering / Collaboration background experience
Experience migrating Cisco UC/CUCM environments to Webex Calling
Strong experience with Cisco Webex Calling
Experience with Webex Contact Center (preferred if they've used it, but required if that's a major part of client's environment)
Experience leading enterprise UC projects from design through implementation
Strong troubleshooting skills across Cisco collaboration technologies and operational support capabilities.
Understanding of PSTN, number porting, carriers, dial plans, calling configuration, and migration processes.
Excellent customer-facing communication skills
Ability to serve as the technical lead and mentor junior engineers

Required Experience:
Experience migrating legacy telephony environments to cloud calling.
Experience supporting enterprise UC environments.
Ability to independently manage UC migration activities from requirements through production cutover.
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
