Job Description

If you are a Business Manager professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you. As the EMEA Semiconductor and Electronics Broadbase Business Manager, you will drive scalable growth across a diverse and expanding semiconductor and electronics market. EMEA continues to experience significant growth driven by electrification, industrial automation, energy infrastructure, automotive electronics, AI-enabled systems, and advanced validation workflows. In this role, you will help customers accelerate innovation through differentiated hardware, software, and systems-level test solutions while converting fragmented market opportunities into repeatable growth through focused segmentation, demand creation, sales enablement, and disciplined opportunity execution. You will serve as a regional business leader, expanding broadbase customer coverage, creating qualified pipeline opportunities, and executing strategic priorities through close collaboration with sales, partners, application engineering, marketing, product management, and customer success teams.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Own and execute the EMEA broadbase growth strategy for semiconductor and electronics customers.
  • Prioritize target segments, countries, and repeatable use cases where NI solutions deliver clear customer and business value.
  • Enable scalable demand creation through campaigns, demonstrations, technical content, and packaged solution approaches.
  • Leverage sales teams, distributors, integration partners, and regional channel teams to improve market coverage and opportunity conversion.
  • Build customer relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders to position NI as a strategic test partner.
  • Collaborate across functions to align business objectives and support sustainable regional growth.
  • Support the expansion of Emerson Test & Measurement solutions across broadbase semiconductor and electronics customers, regional design centers, emerging innovators, and partner-led channels.
Who You Are:
You build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. You gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity. You create new and better ways for the organization to be successful by generating innovative ideas and solutions. You consistently achieve results, even under challenging circumstances, while maintaining a strong customer focus and driving business growth through influence and collaboration.
For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM discipline; Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Computer Engineering preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence across countries, cultures, and sales motions.
  • Strong understanding of broadbase growth motions, including demand generation, sales enablement, channel leverage, qualification, and scalable coverage.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor validation, electronics design, mixed-signal test, power electronics, embedded systems, or automated test workflows.
  • Experience in business development, sales, technical service, product management, market development, or application engineering.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% to 40% across EMEA, with occasional global travel.
  • Preferred location within the EMEA region near a major NI/Emerson sales hub with strong customer, partner, and travel access.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Additional EMEA language capabilities.
  • Experience supporting broadbase semiconductor and electronics validation across automotive, industrial, energy, aerospace, defense, and research markets.
  • Knowledge of mixed-signal, power management, sensors, data converters, embedded control, high-speed digital, and SERDES applications.
  • Experience with test and measurement instruments, modular PXI systems, and automation software.
  • Familiarity with partner-led and channel-enabled growth models.
  • Experience working with diverse customer segments, regional design centers, and emerging technology innovators.
Our Culture & Commitment to You:
At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
