The Role

• Provide individualised and activating care for residents.
• Implement care documentation and planning procedures.
• Ensure correct implementation, planning, documentation, verification, and continuous development of legal and quality assurance requirements.
• Conduct regular facility-wide inspections.
• Participate in initial training sessions for medical devices by the manufacturer.
• Manage equipment documentation and oversee device commissioning.
• Conduct training and practical guidance for staff on medical devices.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a geriatric or general nurse/healthcare assistant (m/f/d) with at least a 2-year qualification.
• Sound professional experience in the healthcare sector.
• Ability and knowledge to implement the requirements of the QM system according to §113 SGB XI.
• Willingness to continuously update knowledge on foundational aspects.
• Team-oriented with a constructive and cooperative approach to conflict resolution.
