Network Operations Analytics Engineer with Security Clearance

Network Operations Analytics Engineer Daily Responsibilities: • Develop and implement data collection methods: Establish and execute processes to systematically collect key performance metrics throughout each supported mission.

Champion operational procedures that improve data quality and collaborate with vendors to enhance existing tools. • Conduct mission reporting: Independently refine customer reporting requirements and develop detailed mission reports that support operational objectives. • Analyze ticket management data: Produce reports on trouble tickets, including creation, response, and resolution times, while identifying trends and categorizing issues to improve operational performance. • Monitor network performance: Analyze bandwidth utilization, including peak and average consumption, and evaluate network performance throughout the mission lifecycle. • Develop process documentation: Create and deliver comprehensive documentation of approved processes and procedures, establishing a repeatable framework for future mission support. • Provide stakeholder engagement: Present recommendations, reporting, and technical findings to senior Government and military leadership to support operational decision-making.

Basic Qualifications: • Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (CompTIA Security+ce, CCNA Security, CySA+, etc.) • CCNA highly desired • Experience with network management platforms and ticketing systems. • Database experience • Education: BS Degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years of relevant experience.
