Service Technician I | Maryland Heights, MO, United States | On-site

The Role

  • Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve application issues, working both individually and as part of a team.
  • Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize system availability.
  • Perform routine configuration changes and document all system modifications.
  • Conduct pre-deployment testing and on-site installations of software upgrades.
  • Provide client contact for post-installation problems and special project work.

What You'll Need

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment.
  • Strong working knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarms, intrusion systems, and fire alarms.
  • Experience with commercial fire alarm systems (Bosch, Silent Knight preferred; Simplex, Notifier, Edwards, Siemens, or others a plus).
  • Working knowledge of network communications and IP addressing.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
