Job Description

SAP is the global market leader for business software and related services, and SAP National Security Services Inc.® (SAP NS2®) is an independent U.S. subsidiary, offering SAP solutions with specialized levels of security and support to meet the requirements of U.S. national security and critical infrastructure customers.

This position requires access to customer data; candidates must be U.S. citizens and able to obtain and maintain the security clearance required for customer access. SAP NS2 does not offer visa sponsorship for this role. All internal candidates must have manager approval to transfer.

What You’ll Bring

You bring deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management, enterprise solution architecture, and customer advisory services. You translate workforce strategy, business-process needs, and customer requirements into secure, scalable HCM solution recommendations. You engage confidently with senior business and technology stakeholders, shape solution approaches, lead discovery sessions and architecture reviews, and clearly communicate solution options, risks, and tradeoffs. You bring a collaborative mindset, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a commitment to mentoring colleagues and sharing HCM architecture expertise. Experience with SAP HCM on-premise, S/4HANA, or hybrid HCM landscapes is valued.

What You’ll Build

You will help shape and position SAP NS2 HCM solutions for U.S. national security, federal, and critical-infrastructure customers. As an HCM solution advisor, you will support customer discovery, solution strategy, architecture assessments, roadmap development, implementation planning, and optimization. You will partner with sales teams to develop proposals and request-for-proposal responses, present solution approaches, and help customers understand the value of SAP NS2 HCM services.

You will define and validate secure HCM application, data, integration, security, and access architectures across SAP and non-SAP systems. You will advise customers on practical approaches for SuccessFactors capabilities, including Employee Central, talent management, recruiting, learning, workforce analytics, and payroll, as applicable. In partnership with delivery, security, engineering, operations, product, and sales teams, you will support key design decisions, solution quality reviews, and critical customer situations. You will also contribute reusable architecture patterns, strengthen the HCM services portfolio, and mentor team members.

Where You Belong

You will join a collaborative SAP NS2 consulting community that delivers SAP solutions with specialized security and support for U.S. national security, federal, and critical-infrastructure customers. You will work alongside consultants, architects, engineers, security professionals, and customer-facing teams who value customer trust, practical innovation, continuous learning, and inclusive teamwork. Your expertise will help mission-focused customers modernize HR operations securely while shaping high-impact HCM transformation strategies.

  • Demonstrated success serving as an SAP SuccessFactors HCM Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, or trusted advisor for complex customer transformation initiatives.
  • Deep expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central and multiple HCM domains, such as Recruiting, Learning, Performance and Goals, Succession, Workforce Analytics, or Employee Central Payroll.
  • Ability to design and communicate end-to-end HCM application, data, integration, security, and access architectures across SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Experience supporting pre-sales activities, including customer discovery, solution strategy, proposal development, request-for-proposal responses, demonstrations, or solution presentations.
  • Strong workshop facilitation, written communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to advise senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of cloud security, data protection, and compliance considerations for regulated customer environments.
  • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain the security clearance required for customer access.

All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
