What role will you play?

In this role you will help drive the technology transformation of Model and AI Risk Management, moving from manual processes and periodic reviews to continuous assurance. You will partner with risk specialists, engineers, data teams and architects to design and deliver platforms, workflows and capabilities that improve scale, efficiency and effectiveness while maintaining strong risk management standards.

What you offer

• Proven experience delivering large-scale process, data or technology transformation programmes
• Demonstrated ability to drive automation and industrialisation of business processes through workflow technologies, AI and modern engineering practices
• Ability to translate complex business objectives into practical delivery roadmaps and outcomes
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse groups around a shared vision
• Experience challenging existing operating models and identifying opportunities to simplify, scale and improve the speed, quality and effectiveness of business outcomes
• Passion for leveraging emerging technologies, analytics and AI to create sustainable, data-driven and continuously operating business capabilities.
