The Role

• Attend pre-set, pre-qualified, one-call-close appointments for homeowners.
• Utilize innovative software for precise project measurements and assessments.
• Perform damage assessments through ladder or attic inspections, without needing to go on the roof.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring homeowner needs are met.
• Participate in daily team meetings to strategize and prepare for appointments.

What You'll Need

• No prior sales or construction experience required; comprehensive training is provided.
• Availability for midday, evening, and weekend appointments.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation with auto insurance.
• Ability to travel to and from in-home appointments.
• A driven and motivated attitude focused on exceeding goals.
• Comfort with in-home consultations and client interaction.
