Job Description

Salary:Up to $180,000 + discretionary year-end bonus + paid OT at 1.0x


We re hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer for a leading multidisciplinary engineering firm supporting complex building projects across Healthcare, Aerospace, Data Centers, Education, Federal/DoD, and other technically demanding environments**.


This is a high-priority full-time opportunity with an established engineering organization, offering the chance to take a technical leadership role while working closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.


Location:Woodland Hills, CA
Schedule:Hybrid 4 onsite / Friday remote

What You ll Do



  • Lead mechanical design and project execution for complex building projects
    Design and oversee HVAC and plumbing systems
    Prepare and review mechanical drawings, specifications, calculations, reports, and technical documentation
    Work directly with owners, general contractors, clients, and AHJs**
    Collaborate with civil, structural, electrical, and other engineering disciplines
    Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior engineers
    Support projects across healthcare, data centers, education, aerospace, federal/DoD, and other specialized facilities

  • Must Have

  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field
    Active Mechanical PE license
    10+ years of mechanical engineering experience
    Strong building HVAC + plumbing design experience
    Experience with Revit and AutoCAD
    Experience working on complex facilities such as healthcare, data centers, education, aerospace, federal/DoD, or similar projects
    Strong client-facing communication and technical leadership skills


Strong Plus



  • Knowledge of California building codes and California AHJs
    Project management experience or certifications
    Experience mentoring or supervising engineers
    California PE license and/or significant California project experience
