Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for answering high volume of incoming calls, approximately 800-1000 calls per day, in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Must have excellent phone and communication skills.
• Must have a pleasant and outgoing attitude.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Be computer literate and type a minimum of 30 wpm
