Job Title: Technical Services Engineer Location: Magherafelt Contract: Permanent, full-time Work Pattern: Monday-Friday, standard operational hours, hybrid working arrangements We're working with a growing organisation looking to appoint a Technical Services Engineer to support and develop its wider IT environment. The Role This is a hands-on role which will involve assisting and covering infrastructure, cloud, networking and end-user technology. It will appeal to a person who is wanting to expand their skillset and get involved in projects and continuous improvement initiatives. What You'll be Doing Provide technical support across a broad range of infrastructure, systems, applications and end-user technologies. Manage and maintain the organisation's cloud, server, network and endpoint environments, ensuring systems remain reliable and secure. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, taking ownership through to resolution and working with internal teams or external suppliers where required. Contribute to IT projects, system improvements and technology upgrades, from initial planning through to implementation and ongoing support. Support the organisation's wider security, compliance, monitoring and maintenance requirements. Help improve internal IT processes, documentation and user support while identifying opportunities to make the technology environment more efficient. Experience We're looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure / Technical Support professional with strong Microsoft technologies and a broad technical skillset. M365, Azure, Entra ID Networking - firewalls and cloud Familiarity with cyber principles and frameworks Strong troubleshooting and problem solving across IT Support Why choose VANRATH?
