The Role

• Serve as the primary IT contact for hospital staff, addressing all IT-related queries and acting as a liaison with the central IT department.
• Provide efficient end-user support for hardware and software issues, utilizing a ticketing system to ensure prompt and effective problem resolution.
• Independently administer servers, manage and maintain the network infrastructure, and ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems.
• Execute the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, including peripherals, relocations, and rollouts, adhering to defined standards.
• Project coordination for IT initiatives and conduct training sessions for staff.

What You'll Need

• Completed IT-focused vocational training (e.g., IT System Administrator, IT System Electronics Technician) or a comparable degree.
• Proven experience in system administration, specifically with Microsoft Windows Server (2016+), terminal server environments, backup solutions, and various network components.
• Proficient administration of current Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11); familiarity with VMware vSphere and PowerShell is a plus.
• High self-motivation, flexibility, and a strong service orientation, combined with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to participate in IT on-call rotation, interest in medical technology, and strong German language proficiency.
