Technical Project Manager – AI/ML & Agile Delivery

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead two enterprise technology initiatives involving AI-powered analytics and Machine Learning implementation.

This dual-role position requires strong project delivery, financial management, vendor coordination, stakeholder management, and hands-on Agile/Scrum leadership across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, milestones, risks, and dependencies.

• Develop and maintain project plans, forecasts, RAID logs, and executive status reports.

• Manage project budgets, actuals, CapEx/OpEx, vendor/SOW spend, and Project Change Requests (PCRs).

• Coordinate vendors, technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors.

• Oversee SaaS implementations, integrations, SSO, testing, release readiness, and deployments.

• Coordinate governance reviews, including AI intake, cybersecurity, and architecture approvals.

• Support UAT, user adoption, training, and business value tracking.

Scrum Master

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives.

• Partner with Product Owners on backlog prioritization, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Manage JIRA boards, sprint metrics, velocity, and release tracking.

• Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and coach teams on Agile practices.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.

• 3+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience with Agile delivery teams.

• Proven ability to perform Project Manager and Scrum Master responsibilities simultaneously across multiple projects.

• Strong project financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, actuals, CapEx/OpEx, vendor spend, and PCRs.

• Experience delivering AI/ML, data analytics, or enterprise data platform initiatives.

• Experience with enterprise SaaS implementations, vendor management, SSO, and integrations.

• Understanding of procurement, sourcing, finance, and accounting processes.

• Strong JIRA experience; familiarity with Confluence, ServiceNow, Oracle, Coupa, and Apptio is preferred.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills.

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform/BigQuery, AI agents, conversational analytics, or predictive modeling.

• Experience with HR technology or procurement platforms.

• PMP certification and Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe SSM) preferred.

• Phenom platform experience is a plus.
