The Role • Co-therapeutic patient discussions to support and deepen the therapeutic process. • Planning and leading co-therapeutic groups to foster exchange and development. • Assisting patients during meals and exposures to aid stabilization and self-efficacy. • Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to contribute observations and insights. • Providing holistic and empathetic support to patients throughout their treatment. • Working in a structured shift system to ensure continuous patient care. What You'll Need • Completed training as an Erzieher (m/w/d). • Ideally, experience in psychosomatics, psychiatry, or residential care for youth. • Strong communication, teamwork skills, and a passion for the work. • Respectful, professional, and empathetic approach towards patients and their families. • Curiosity for new topics and a drive for professional development.
