Meet sales goals by creating and converting new leads into long term business partnerships
Prospect in your assigned area each day
Help and support current customers
Keep customer information up to date in the company’s CRM system
Learn our products so you can explain them clearly and suggest the right options for customers
Path to Success
Hands on sales training in Charlotte, NC your first week
CRM and product training to build your skills
Continuous coaching and feedback from peers and management to elevate your confidence
Requirements

Compensation
OTE: $60,000–$77,000 (estimated)
Pay: $50,000 annually + uncapped commissions
Commission Eligibility: After 90 days with a favorable Performance review
Commission Goal: 12 months to reach 75,000 new, paid monthly gallons

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one (1) year of experience
