What we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst tolead and manage business analysis activities across a variety of IT projects, inlcuding SAP projects.The successful candidate willbe responsible forgathering andanalysing business requirements,facilitatingstakeholder engagement,and ensuring successful project outcomes through effective business processdocumentation and solution design.

Responsibilities:

• Documentingbusinessprocess andcontribute tofunctional requirements(as-isand to-be)
  
• ProducingBusinessRequirements Documentation
  
• Facilitatingworkshops with key business stakeholders and subject matter experts
  
• Providingleadership,guidanceandexpert advice to the project teamregardingthe businessesprocesses
  
• Communicationand validation of business processes & solutions with business leadersand the user community
  
• Assistinginthe design ofReports,Forms,Interfaces,andConversions
  
• Supportin defining & performing system,unitand acceptance tests,andassistingin error resolution
  
• Identifyingpotentialorganisational impacts for input to the Organisational Change Managementprocesses
  

Qualification and Experience:

• 7years+hands-onBusiness Analysis experience in an enterpriseenvironment
  
• Strongexperience and understanding of business process modelling and mapping
  
• Strongexperience running workshops and eliciting key information
  
• ProcessMappingcreation
  
• Excellentverbal and written communication skills and proficient presentation skillsacross all audience levels;
  
• Significantexperienceperforming requirements analysis usingtools,methodsand communication techniques to extract,develop,validateand document business requirements;
  
• Problemsolving skills thatfacilitatetackling complex ideas andinterpreting ideas into conceptual business specifications;
  
• Experienceleadingworkshops,facilitatingdiscussionsandassistingbusinessstakeholders toanticipatefuture needs and opportunities;
  
• Abilityto express ideas logicallywith extremely strongnegotiation,communicationand interpersonal skills.
  
• Tertiaryqualifications in IT or similar discipline
