The Role • Provide expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services at customer locations. • Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and general repairs on light vehicles. • Manage stock inventory and complete customer reports efficiently. • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company with professionalism and excellent customer service. • Adapt to a varied daily schedule with diverse challenges and customer interactions. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician. • Proficiency in working with a range of light vehicles. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Ability to think independently and make sound decisions on-site.
