Engineering Leader, New Business Technology

In this role, you will:

• Set the vision and strategy for architecture, platform, and software engineering, aligning with business goals and digital transformation priorities
• Lead the design and execution of technology roadmaps, driving the adoption of emerging technologies and modern engineering practices
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex systems, ensuring quality, stability, and operational excellence
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior technology and business leaders, connecting business needs with practical and innovative engineering solutions
• Build and lead high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of focus, agility, and collaboration
• Promote continuous improvement, compliance with technology standards, and a strong bench of future technology leaders
• Facilitate decision-making, prioritize initiatives, and manage stakeholder engagement at all organizational levels

• Minimum of 12+ years’ engineering experience in both a hands-on and leadership capacity
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline; Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline preferred
• Extensive experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, or insurance/financial services technology leadership
• Proven track record of managing large-scale technology initiatives and stakeholder relationships at the executive level
• Deep understanding of insurance technology trends, ecosystems, and best practices
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional team management skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth strategies and deliver measurable business outcomes
• Experience with leveraging AI capabilities, tools, and practices as a function of current and/or past roles preferred

The pay range for the role is $190,000 to $230,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors.
