Position Details:

Recruiting Coordinator- HYBRID- Bolingbrook, IL

Location : Bolingbrook, IL 60440 | Hybrid (6-8 times a month)

Duration : 4 months

Pay-rate : $20.00-$25.00/Hour on W2

Position Summary

The Recruiting Coordinator provides high-quality coordination and administrative support to the Corporate Recruiting team. This role is primarily responsible for interview scheduling and iCIMS administration, while also supporting recruiting operations, candidate communications and team priorities as needed. The coordinator serves as a responsive, detail-oriented partner who helps keep hiring activity moving and creates a professional, welcoming experience at every interaction.

Must be in the Bolingbrook office 6x per month, EOW, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate, timely iCIMS records and deliver seamless interview scheduling experience for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and interview teams.
