The Role

• Manage the nursing schedule to ensure optimal patient care delivery.
• Identify and address potential issues with the nursing schedule, advising supervisors accordingly.
• Ensure all employee and student files meet Joint Commission and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate and communicate educational opportunities for nursing staff.
• Distribute timely and accurate nursing schedules.
• Draft professional correspondence and reports.

What You'll Need

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in staffing or scheduling within a hospital setting is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and clerical skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data.
