Resource Partner

Milton Keynes (Hybrid) | 55,000 – 65,000

We’re partnering with a leading professional services organisation to recruit an experienced Resource Advisor to drive effective workforce planning, resource allocation, and utilisation across a busy and fast-paced environment.

This is a highly visible role where you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to balance resource demand, optimise capacity, and use data-driven insights to support commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead resource and capacity planning to ensure effective deployment of talent.
• Partner with senior leaders to forecast demand and resolve resourcing challenges.
• Analyse utilisation and workforce data to provide strategic recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement across resource management processes and systems.
• Lead, coach, and develop a resource management team.
• Utilise technology and reporting tools to support informed business decisions.

About You

• Proven experience in Resource Management or Workforce Planning is essential.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Highly analytical, with experience using data to drive decision-making.
• Comfortable working with resource management systems and reporting tools.
• Experience leading or developing teams.
• Solutions-focused, organised, and able to manage competing priorities.
