Description
The role involves supporting the transformation of enterprise knowledge assets, ensuring content is standardized, searchable, and optimized for future AI-enabled experiences. 
This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to modernize existing content using established standards and templates. 
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong writing and organizational skills, translating complex information into clear, actionable content.

Key Responsibilities
Review and modernize procedural, policy, and knowledge content according to standards. Rewrite content using approved technologies to enhance quality and consistency. Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate content accuracy and intent. Apply metadata and tagging standards to support search and AI-readiness initiatives. Participate in content audits and gap analyses to identify outdated information. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Experience creating or managing business and knowledge-based content.

Strong editing, proofreading, and quality assurance skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Proficient in using office applications like word processors and spreadsheets. Core Technologies
