The Role • Lead the design, development, testing, and commissioning of industrial process automation systems for service project upgrades. • Provide technical expertise and leadership on assigned projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Support sales efforts by providing technical input for proposals, cost estimations, and customer meetings. • Develop detailed process functional descriptions and design automation software compliant with industry standards. • Commission instrumentation, electrical, and control systems at customer sites, including I/O checkout and troubleshooting. • Manage automation and electrical engineers on projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field. • Typically, 5+ years of experience in a similar automation engineering role. • Experience with Rockwell Automation hardware and software is preferred. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities. • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
