The Role

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in collaboration with management.

• Advise on and apply HR policies and procedures to effectively balance business and employee needs.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or business.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
