Job Description:
We are seeking a Data Analyst I to support process improvement and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will analyze data, identify trends and recurring issues, investigate root causes, and recommend solutions to improve workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
 

• Analyze daily reports, tickets, and workflow data.
• Identify trends and process improvement opportunities.
• Investigate root causes and resolve issues.
• Document findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with business teams to streamline processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis or process improvement.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• SQL experience preferred but not required.

 
Compensation: 
The hourly rate for this position is $30.00 per hour.
