Job Description
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot AV equipment, including displays, projectors, cameras, microphones, and speakers.
- Provide on-site support for conference rooms, meeting rooms, presentations, and video conferencing.
- Support Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, and other collaboration platforms.
- Troubleshoot audio/video, cabling, connectivity, and network-related AV issues.
- Maintain AV equipment inventory, documentation, preventive maintenance, and service records.
