Responsibilities
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge, skill, and successful performance of job functions in the mechanical field, including plumbing and HVAC
• Manage and oversee mechanical operations
• Maintain strong technical expertise in mechanical system maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues across a range of mechanical systems
• Ensure compliance with state and local mechanical codes

Requirements
• VA HVAC Journeyman or Master License
• Commercial HVAC experience 7+ years
• Demonstrates thorough knowledge, skill, and successful performance of job functions in the mechanical field, including plumbing and HVAC
• Ability to manage and oversee mechanical operations
• Strong technical experience in mechanical system maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across a range of mechanical systems
• Knowledgeable on state and local mechanical codes
