Ivanti Neurons Implementation Consultant

Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an Ivanti Neurons PPM Implementation Consultant for a 100% remote contracting opportunity.

We are unable to work with 3rd party vendors for this positions.

All applicants must be able to work on a W2.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end implementation of Ivanti Neurons for ITSM Line of Business, focused on the Portfolio and Project Management module
• Configure demand intake, portfolios, programs, projects, phases, and tasks
• Build resource plans, project roles, skills, and capacity management
• Configure workflows, forms, dashboards, and reporting for project and portfolio visibility
• Partner with PMO and IT leadership to translate existing intake and prioritization processes into platform configuration
• Lead requirements sessions, design reviews, and user acceptance testing with stakeholders across IT and business departments
• Produce documentation and train project managers and portfolio owners on the configured solution
• Coordinate with platform administrators and vendor or partner resources supporting the deployment

Requirements:

• Hands-on implementation experience with Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, Ivanti Service Manager, or Cherwell Service Management
• Direct configuration experience with a portfolio and project management module: Ivanti Neurons for PPM, ServiceNow SPM or ITBM, or comparable
• Working knowledge of demand management, portfolio planning, and resource and capacity management
• Experience configuring workflows, business rules, forms, and dashboards on an ITSM platform
• Demonstrated ability to own an implementation independently from requirements through go-live
• Strong written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working directly with PMO or IT leadership stakeholders
