Zoho-Powered Business Analyst - Process Optimization

Plenti is seeking a Business Analyst to drive strategic and operational process improvements across the loan lifecycle, including complaints, collections, and customer service. You will design scalable workflows within the Zoho ecosystem, collaborate with stakeholders, and implement automation using Zoho, Zapier, n8n, and related tools.
