Job Title: Business Analyst IV (Senior/Lead Business Systems Analyst)
Work Address:Phoenix, AZ 85003 (Hybrid – Arizona residents only).
Duration:11 Month
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst IV to serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams within a court technology environment. This role involves analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, creating user stories, supporting Agile development, and leading business analysts on complex projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and process improvement skills.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Create epics, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Analyze business and judicial processes and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders, management, developers, and end users.
Lead and mentor business analysts on assigned projects.
Manage project backlogs, change requests, and project documentation.
Support Agile development by working closely with development teams.
Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, wireframes, and reports.
Assist with system testing, implementation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Troubleshoot system and business process issues.
Provide end-user training and technical support when needed.
Prepare management reports and project status updates.
