About the Role
We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager / Project Manager to join a high-profile transformation programme focused on delivering large-scale regulatory and operational change. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting programme delivery, ensuring effective governance, planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across a complex portfolio of projects.
Working within a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with senior leaders, programme teams, and a diverse range of stakeholders to support successful project outcomes and drive continuous improvement across project management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the definition, implementation, and ongoing management of project delivery plans.
- Ensure projects adhere to established project management frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
- Coordinate project reporting and provide analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Facilitate project governance activities, including meetings, actions, decisions, and documentation.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.
- Monitor and manage project dependencies across workstreams.
- Maintain accurate information within project and resource management tools.
- Identify, track, and escalate project risks and issues where appropriate.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage portfolio documentation, shared mailboxes, and collaboration platforms.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery, governance, and efficiency.

- Strong project reporting, governance, and programme planning experience.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a complex delivery environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience maintaining RAID logs, portfolio plans, and project documentation.
