URGENT - Okta Workforce IAM Architect with strong hands-on engineering experience

RAAH is a specialist identity security firm delivering IAM, IGA, PAM, CIAM, and AI Agent Identity Security for clients running the most demanding governance environments. We are hiring a Senior Okta Workforce Architect who owns end-to-end IAM solution design across client engagements. You translate business and security requirements into target-state architecture, lead design across the Okta stack (Workforce Identity Cloud and Customer Identity Cloud / Auth0), and serve as the top technical escalation point for delivery teams.

What you will do

• Lead architecture and solution design for Okta WIC and CIC / Auth0 deployments, spanning SSO, MFA, adaptive and risk-based authentication, lifecycle management, and provisioning.
• Translate client business, compliance, and security requirements into technical architecture, roadmaps, and phased delivery plans.
• Design integrations across the identity ecosystem: directory services, HR sources of truth, downstream IGA and PAM platforms, and custom applications.
• Serve as the L3 escalation point for delivery engineers; unblock complex technical issues.
• Produce architecture diagrams, design documents, effort estimates, and technical input to SOWs.
• Run client workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and stakeholder presentations.
• Mentor L2 and L3 engineers and review delivery work for quality.

What you bring

• 8+ years in IAM, with 4+ years hands-on across Okta WIC and/or Auth0 / CIC.
• Deep command of SSO, SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM.
• Proven track record designing end-to-end identity programs, not just point deployments.
• Directory services and federation: Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP.
• Lifecycle management, provisioning, and deprovisioning at scale.
• Consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
• Okta Certified Consultant, Professional, or Administrator.
  

Nice to have

• Auth0 / Okta CIC certifications.
• SailPoint experience.
• Hands-on exposure to IGA (Saviynt or SailPoint) and PAM (Delinea or CyberArk).

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: $110,000 - $150,000 if located in the USA or Canada (Depending on experience). If candidate from other locations, then the base salary will be based on the market base salary in that region.
