The Role

• Ensure guest safety and provide an excellent experience in the water park and on flumes.
• Support and lead poolside activities to create memorable moments for guests.
• Undertake accommodation cleaning duties on designated days.
• Work across different resort teams, contributing to a positive guest experience.
• Adapt to a varied role with no two days being the same.

What You'll Need

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• An engaging and warm approach to customer service.
• Ability to pass a swim test including: swimming 50m in under 75 seconds, treading water, surface diving, and unaided pool climbing.
• Previous lifeguard qualification is a plus, but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and "get stuck in."
