HRIS Analyst/Consultant or functional Consultant with Workday and Payroll experience

Remote Role - Immediate interviews for HRIS Analyst/Consultant or functional Consultant with Workday and Payroll experience - 12 months contract

We are seeking an experienced Consultant with strong Workday implementation and system administration expertise to support a large-scale HRIS transformation initiative.

Our immediate priority is to bring in a resource who can quickly add value to the HRIS program, particularly in the areas of Payroll, Learning, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition. We would also welcome candidates with change management experience, as that would be beneficial to the team.

• The ideal candidate will have multiple Workday implementation experiences and be capable of providing immediate value in a fast-paced environment.
• Payroll specifics: Needs someone with deep, hands-on payroll module experience — especially integration, garnishments, and related configuration/setup.

Required Qualifications

Must have minimum 12 years of overall work experience

• 5+ years of HRIS experience with a focus on Workday.
• Multiple end-to-end Workday implementation experiences.
• Strong Workday configuration and system administration experience.
• Experience supporting one or more of the following modules:
• Payroll
• Learning
• Talent Management
• Talent Acquisition
