Business Intelligence Developer - Thoughtspot Experience

Introduction

International Solutions Group (ISG) is looking for a Senior BI Developer with expertise in ThoughtSpot to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting data-driven decision-making, building reports/live boards, and collaborating with business stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations using ThoughtSpot BI tool.
• Implement reporting best practices and design KPI/metrics.
• Utilize SQL to write complex queries, joins, aggregations, and data validation logic.
• Communicate technical and analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience developing BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations using ThoughtSpot BI tool.
• Familiarity with reporting best practices, and KPI/metric design.
• 5+ years'' experience with SQL including writing complex queries, joins, aggregations, and data validation logic.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience supporting operational, business, or executive reporting needs.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional business partners.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Exposure to retail and supply chain related data environments is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery models is preferred.
