Commercial Gas Engineer Location: Harlow<br />Salary: Up to £60,000 Basic + Overtime + Call-Out Earnings<br />Job Type: Permanent<br />Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Commercial Gas Engineer – Plant Rooms Only – Social Housing Contract We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a growing team responsible for maintaining approximately 40 plant rooms across the Harlow area. This role is ideal for an engineer looking to work on a localised patch with a varied mixture of servicing, repairs, planned maintenance and breakdowns, without any domestic work inside occupied flats. Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Service and repair commercial gas plant
• Attend breakdowns and reactive maintenance calls
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation What's on Offer?
• Basic salary up to £60,000
• Company van and fuel card
• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Local Harlow-based patch
• Overtime paid at time and a half after 5pm
• Call-out rota of 1 week in 2
• £50 payment per call-out attended
• Any call-out exceeding one hour paid at 1.5x hourly rate
• Long-term social housing contract
• Plant room work only – no domestic work within flats Requirements
• Valid Commercial Gas qualifications
• Previous experience servicing and repairing commercial heating systems
• Experience working within plant rooms
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills
