Job Description

Teamleitung Neurologische Frührehabilitation | Bad Staffelstein, Germany | Hybrid

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to guide and support patients on their journey back to life after severe neurological events like strokes or head injuries. You will be joining a leading rehabilitation center known for its specialized neurological care and commitment to patient recovery.

The Role

  • Lead and support the nursing team on the neurological early rehabilitation ward (A0).
  • Manage staff scheduling, including duty and vacation plans, while optimizing workflows.
  • Foster professional development through training and continuous education initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and lead projects.
  • Actively participate in direct patient care, providing hands-on support to the team.

What You'll Need

  • Qualified as a registered nurse (e.g., State-Certified Nurse, Geriatric Nurse) with a strong preference for experience in neurological early rehabilitation.
  • A degree or certification in nursing management or a similar leadership role is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated initiative, strong professional and personal skills, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Exceptional commitment, flexibility, assertiveness, and a sound understanding of business principles.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, proficiency with modern hospital information systems, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
