CNC Programmer

Need a CNC Programmer for our Client with 5+ years of  experience in the following.

• Creo, GD&T, tolerance analysis

• Manufacturing workflows

• PLM system design

• Process optimization

• Mechanical engineering fundamentals

  Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of CNC machining fundamentals

  • Proficiency in CAM software (Mastercam preferred in many shops)

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings & GD&T

  • Experience with machine controls, and postprocessing

  • Understanding of tooling, materials, and cutting science

  • Familiarity with CAD modeling for fixture design and geometry repair

  Other Skills

  • Attention to detail and precision mindset

  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills

  • Clear communication and documentation skills

  Education & Experience

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field (preferred)

  • 5+ years of CNC programming experience

  • Experience in aerospace, automotive, medical device, mold/die, or precision manufacturing environments is a plus
