Patient Experience Call Centre Specialist

PRP Diagnostic Imaging is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative at our Tuggerah contact centre. You will manage the first contact with patients via inbound calls, book imaging procedures, provide pre-appointment guidance, and input data across systems with precision.

You will liaise with referrers and our technical team, support KPI targets, and contribute to process improvements while thriving in a collaborative, empathetic, and accurate work environment. Training will be provided.
