The Role • Actively participate in central patient management, supporting organizational and administrative processes. • Handle the billing of inpatient hospital services according to DRG, PEPP, and rehabilitation sectors. • Provide support to decentralized patient management departments within the group, ensuring smooth collaboration. • Contribute to the overall patient journey and administrative efficiency of the organization. What You'll Need • Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification. • Ideally, knowledge of clinic systems such as Orbis, Medico, and SAP. • Prior experience in inpatient patient billing is preferred. • A high level of commitment, responsibility, flexibility, and resilience. • Proactive and structured work approach with the ability to maintain an overview in demanding situations. • Professional and service-oriented interaction with various stakeholders.
