Payroll Specialist Executive & Equity Compensat

Key Responsibilities

.

- Execute and validate payroll processing for equity-based compensation and employee stock purchase programs, including input coordination, calculation validation, tax/withholding considerations, and accurate reporting.

- Support and lead payroll projects from requirements gathering and testing through to stakeholder management and delivery of measurable outcomes.

- Coordinate with third-party providers and internal stakeholders (HR, Total Rewards, Finance, Tax) to ensure seamless payroll operations.

- Support audit, controls, and reporting requirements in line with applicable legislation and internal policies.

- Build strong stakeholder relationships through proactive communication and a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree nd fluency in English.

- Proven experience in payroll processing, ideally in a multinational, service-oriented environment.

- Critical: Hands-on experience in payroll processing for equity compensation and employee stock purchase programs (e.g., RSUs, stock options, ESPP, long-term incentives).

- Required: Demonstrated experience supporting or leading projects within the payroll space (e.g., process change, system rollout, provider transition).
