The Role

• Represent the company at train stations, ensuring passenger satisfaction.
• Manage passenger flow within the station and to/from bus stops.
• Assist passengers with limited mobility on platforms and help with luggage, bicycles, and strollers.
• Guide passengers to correct doors and assist with boarding and alighting.
• Provide information and support to travelers and bicycle commuters.

What You'll Need

• Good German language skills; English is a plus.
• Confident, friendly demeanor with a strong focus on customer service and attentiveness.
• Willingness to work shifts, nights, and weekends, especially on holidays.
• No formal training required, but excellent manners and a presentable appearance are essential.
