As an Engagement Business Partner, you will act as a key finance contact, supporting senior stakeholders across a portfolio of engagements. You will play a central role in managing financial performance, providing insight, and ensuring strong commercial governance.This role offers a blend of financial analysis, stakeholder engagement, and operational finance responsibilities within a fast-paced, high-performing environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to support decision-making
  • Managing WIP, aged balances and project financials
  • Supporting forecasting, revenue tracking and recovery
  • Coordinating billing processes
  • Analysing data to identify risks and opportunities
  • Presenting financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
  • Playing a key role in financial control and governance across engagements
The Person
  • 2-3+ years' experience in a finance role (AP, AR, billing, management accounts or similar)
  • Strong communication skills - confident explaining financial information clearly
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Studying (or interested in studying) ACCA/CIMA desirable
