On behalf of PwC, we are looking for a Oracle Fusion General Ledger Lead for a 6 month contract. This role operates across both London and Bristol on a fortnightly rotation. You'll spend three days per week onsite in London, followed by three days per week onsite in Bristol, providing regular exposure to key stakeholders across both locations.

As an Oracle Fusion General Ledger Lead, you will take ownership of a key Finance workstream, driving delivery through testing, deployment and go-live. Working closely with Finance, Tax and programme stakeholders, you'll provide expert leadership across Oracle Fusion General Ledger and Secondary Ledger design, configuration and solution delivery.

What you'll do:

• Lead the Oracle Fusion General Ledger and Secondary Ledger workstream through configuration, testing, deployment and go-live.
• Act as the SME for Oracle Fusion Secondary Ledger design and configuration.
• Design solutions to support statutory accounting and reporting requirements.
• Translate Finance and Tax requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, drive design decisions and secure stakeholder sign-off.
• Oversee Secondary Ledger configuration, ensuring alignment with the global template.
• Collaborate with Oracle Financials, Tax, Reporting and Integration teams to manage dependencies.
• Lead SIT, UAT, defect resolution and issue management activities.

The skills you'll need:

• Proven experience leading Oracle Fusion Financials or General Ledger workstreams on complex Oracle implementations.
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion General Ledger and Secondary Ledger configuration.
• Strong understanding of Secondary Ledger architecture, Subledger Accounting (SLA), accounting methods, journal processing, and statutory reporting.
• Experience delivering solutions for local GAAP and statutory accounting requirements.
• Solid financial accounting knowledge with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical Oracle solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with Finance, Tax and programme leadership teams.
