The Role

  • Promote the independence of individuals receiving support.
  • Assist with a range of daily activities, including household tasks and community outings.
  • Develop residents' life skills and personal interests.
  • Support individuals with personal care needs and medication administration.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and contribute to service monitoring.
  • Undertake manual handling as required.
