Job Description

Elektriker / Elektroniker als Monteur m/w/d | Trier, Germany | On-site

This employer is seeking a skilled Electrician/Electronics Technician for substation construction and modernization projects, playing a vital role in advancing the energy transition. They are looking for individuals who are passionate about contributing to sustainable energy solutions and working on critical infrastructure.

The Role

  • Execute new build and modernization projects for medium, high, and extra-high voltage substations up to 380kV.
  • Install devices and equipment in low, medium, and high voltage ranges based on technical drawings.
  • Assist with the connection and commissioning of high-voltage primary technology equipment.
  • Perform cable laying for power and control cables.
  • Install and connect protection and control cabinets, including control technology components.

What You'll Need

  • Completed training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, Electrical Fitter, or similar qualification.
  • Proficiency in working with electrical systems.
  • A valid Class B driver's license and a willingness to travel to project sites with your own vehicle.
  • Readiness for regular on-site assignments in Western Germany, including overnight stays.
  • Independent, conscientious work ethic with commitment, reliability, and teamwork.
