The Role

Independently manage construction sites in building installation projects.
Coordinate material deployment and supervise on-site personnel.
Liaise with project managers and clients on-site.
Document daily and weekly work progress, including hours and additional tasks.
Actively participate as a skilled tradesperson on smaller construction sites.

What You'll Need

Completed vocational training as an electrical installer, electrical technician, electrician, or electrical fitter in the field of energy and building technology.
Initial professional experience as a foreman/supervisor.
German language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Valid driver's license (Class B).
