The Role • Independently manage construction sites in building installation projects. • Coordinate material deployment and supervise on-site personnel. • Liaise with project managers and clients on-site. • Document daily and weekly work progress, including hours and additional tasks. • Actively participate as a skilled tradesperson on smaller construction sites. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as an electrical installer, electrical technician, electrician, or electrical fitter in the field of energy and building technology. • Initial professional experience as a foreman/supervisor. • German language proficiency at B2 level or higher. • Valid driver's license (Class B).
