Job Description

We’re hiring CNC Machinists for our precision manufacturing facility, making precision components for the industrial equipment industry on advanced 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC equipment. Every part requires extremely tight tolerances, making this a role for machinists who enjoy technical work and continuous improvement.

Compensation

  • $26 – $32 / hr total comp

Hiring on 2nd and 3rd (occasionally on 1st)

  • 1st Shift: 7am – 3pm (M-F)
  • 2nd Shift: 3pm – 11pm (M-F)
  • 3rd Shift: 11pm – 7am (M-F)

Responsibilities

  • Machine Setups: Perform complete setups and prepare machines for production.
  • Machine Operation: Operate multiple CNC machines throughout each shift.
  • Quality Audits: Verify parts meet dimensional and visual quality standards.
  • Precision Inspection: Measure parts using precision inspection equipment.
  • Offsets: Make tool wear and dimensional offsets as needed.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose machining issues and maintain stable production.
  • Blueprint Reading: Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.
  • Documentation: Complete production and quality documentation accurately.

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of CNC machining experience or recent machining program graduate
  • CNC setup experience
  • Blueprint reading skills
  • Basic GD&T knowledge
  • Precision measuring experience
  • Mechanical troubleshooting ability
  • Safe work practices

Preferred

  • 3-, 4-, or 5-axis machining experience
  • Grinding experience
  • G-code knowledge
  • Multi-machine operation
  • Industrial manufacturing experience
